Browser workflow
Sign in to DDownload before opening file links. Enable direct downloads in the account if available, then start one file first to confirm the account is recognized.

DDownload Guide: Browser Downloads and JDownloader 2
Use the browser for a few files or JDownloader 2 for larger queues. These steps keep setup simple and make problems easier to isolate.
Add the account to JD2
Open Settings → Account Manager → Add, search for ddownload.com, and enter the paid-account credentials. Confirm that the account status is valid before adding a large queue.
Parallel downloads
Start with two to four files. Our tests used four connections. More simultaneous files do not always increase total speed and may make failures harder to diagnose.
If Premium is not detected
Update JD2, remove and re-add the account, sign in on the DDownload website, then retry. Plugin changes or an expired session can temporarily affect detection.
Resume and retries
JD2 can queue archive parts, retry temporary failures and resume supported downloads. Keep filenames unchanged so multi-part archives remain easy to verify.
Account and billing issues
Only DDownload support can access payments, activation and account records. This independent site cannot reset a password or issue a refund.
